Through its inclusive business model, the organization reinvests profits into training programs focused on tailoring, culinary arts, and barbershop skills—equipping women from underprivileged communities with the tools needed to access dignified jobs and build sustainable livelihoods.

LogikaRasa
Originally founded in 2013 as a volunteer-run poetry blog and university community, LogikaRasa has transformed into a social enterprise offering content creation services and poetry classes while championing traditional bookstores and Indonesian literary voices. After a six-year hiatus, the platform was revived in 2023 as a startup with a mission to cultivate appreciation for local literature and creative expression. AVYA provided legal counsel in establishing LogikaRasa’s new legal entity and advised on structuring the organization as a sustainable social business model to support its cultural and educational impact.

Founded in 2019 by an Iranian political refugee, RAIC has supported over 2,300 individuals seeking safety, dignity, and a future beyond displacement.
